Prime Vitality Clinic partners with the following licensed pharmacies to fulfill prescriptions for our patients:
Medications are dispensed directly to patients by these pharmacies. Patients may also request that prescriptions be sent to any licensed pharmacy of their choice.

Prime Vitality Clinic provides medical and telemedicine services exclusively to patients physically located in the state of New Jersey. We do not currently serve patients outside of New Jersey.

Receive a Paper or Electronic Copy of this Notice at any time.
